Pilates

Pilates sessions, held on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings on Squash court 2, are run by Tania Turner and are open to members and non-members.
Pilates focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. It was created by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s and incorporates elements of yoga and western forms of exercise.

Pilates is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise and is suitable for people of all ages and fitness.

Sessions

Level 1Tuesday 11.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Level 2Wednesday 10.00 a.m. to 11.15 p.m.

 

Cost £10 a session.
